Program: TickerFlare Buy Alerts
TickerFlareoffers an optional SMS alert program that texts you the moment a stock on your digest enters a "Buy" state. These are transactional alerts you ask for — not marketing. The program is entirely optional and is never a condition of using the rest of the app.
How you opt in
You opt in inside your TickerFlare account settings by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box below. This is a reproduction of the live form so you can see exactly what you agree to; the working form is on your account settings page after you sign in.

We record your consent with a timestamp. We do not collect mobile numbers from any other source, and we never purchase or share them.
What you'll receive
A short text identifying the ticker, our model's estimated probability and expected move, and a link to view details. For example:

Reply STOP to opt out.
Message frequency
Recurring; frequency varies with market activity — typically a handful of messages per week, sometimes none.
Cost
TickerFlare does not charge for the alerts, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop or get help
- To opt out, reply STOPto any message, or turn off SMS alerts in your account settings. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.

Privacy
Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the alerts you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
